Our resort has ten different rental units arranged among six buildings. Most of our buildings are two-story, but each rental occupies a single level. Each has a private deck with a river view, equipped with outdoor seating and charcoal grills. (except #1). We also have a designated area for a campfire that is shared by all guests.

Each rental has free, wireless internet, satellite tv, heat and air conditioning. All bathrooms have walk-in showers. The number of baths are indicated below in the individual descriptions. In each cabin you'll find a coffeepot, toaster oven (or toaster) microwave, range/oven and refrigerator. Kitchens are equipped with dishes, utensils, glasses, cups and pots and pans for basic cooking needs. We also supply linens and pillows.

All cabins are non-smoking, with ashtrays outside.

	Bear Lodge: Our biggest and most versatile cabin, the four bedrooms and three bathrooms provide plenty of space for 10-14 people. This rental is all on one level and wheelchair accessible. The kitchen has full size appliances, including a washing machine and dryer. The main bath has a walk-in shower large enough for a wheel chair. There are six full-sized beds, six twin beds and two futons. The floor plan includes several entry doors with locks so unrelated groups can enjoy a sense of privacy if desired. $300 per night for the first 10 guests.


		Cabin 1 This studio rental shares a roof with the office, and is the only cabin without a river view. It has a private bathroom and is furnished with two full-sized beds and a futon. This economical lodging is comfortable for 2-3 people. $75 per night for the first two guests.

		Cabin 2 This stand-alone cabin has a private deck and river view. It has an open floor plan, and is furnished with a queen bed and a futon. It is suitable for 2-3 people. $85 per night for the first two guests.

		Cabin 4 Cabin 4 is located about the Bear Lodge, and offers it's own private deck and entry. It has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. There is one queen bed, one full sized bed, three twins and two futons. It can comfortably sleep up to 8 people. $120 per night for the first two guests.

	Cabins 5 & 6 Cabin 5 occupies the lower level and has one large bedroom and one bathroom. It is furnished with a queen bed, a full bed, a twin bed, two futons and will sleep up to five people. This cabin is equipped with a washer and dryer as well. Cabin 5: $100 per night for the first two guests. Cabin 6 is located on the upper level and has two bedrooms with one queen, three full, two twin beds and two futons as well as two bathrooms. Suitable for five guests. Cabin 6: $120 per night for the first two guests.


	Cabins 7, 8, 9, or 10 All of these cabins are similarly equipped. They are all set up with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. All have private decks. Units 7 & 9 are on the lower levels, Units 8 & 10 are upper decks. Each rental is outfitted with two queen beds, two full, two twins and two futons. Unit 7 is pictured. Any cabin: $120 per night for the first two guests.


The published rates for each cabin cover the first two guests. The MAXIMUM occupancy rate of each cabin is listed in the description. Be sure to add $10 per person per night for parties over two, except the Bear Lodge which base rate covers the first 10 guests. *There is no additional person charge for kids 10 and under. We are a pet friendly resort and simply add a $20.00 cleaning fee to cover cabin clean-up for two pets. This does not include scooper detail. Pet owners are required to remove poop from area grounds. If you are planning an extended stay, take advantage of our weekly rates and stay the 7th night free Check-in 2:00 p.m. Check-out time 11:00 a.m.* Our cancellation policy is simple. We ask for a notice of 10 days or more and will refund your deposit. When the cancellation is less than that, you may still be entitled to a refund if we are able to re-book your cabin. We do require reservations to have a two-night minimum on weekends and three-night minimum on holidays.
